| 16 November 2017 | Organisation of the professional aspects of Construction Law conferences, as well as participation as lecturer with two lectures at the Budapest Construction and Real Estate Management Conference, organised by the Hungarian Chamber of Commerce and Industry and European Council of Real Estate Professions (CEPI). One of the lectures was titled ‘Typical but Avoidable Flaws in Construction Project Contracts’ while the other was titled ‘FIDIC Contracts and Hungarian Law – the Most Important Aspects of the Application of FIDIC Contracts in Hungary’. At the conference Dr. Tamás Balázs, partner, attorney at law of our Law Firm gave a presentation in the Spanish language on the “Legal Review of the Hungarian Construction Sector”. |
